Raise Investor is a company specialized in investments in the residential real estate market in the United States, with a greater focus in investments in the State of Florida.
We believe that diversifying investments requires a presence in the mature and vast real estate market, which is why we chose the United States as the operating point for our assets.
OUR HISTORY
Raise Investor was created in 2017 with a focus on investments in the American real estate market, mainly in the State of Florida. We started within the well-known “flip houses” market (purchase of old houses for renovation and sale.) But in order to gain scale in investments, we migrated our investments to construction of new properties.
Our vision for the real estate market is transformation. When we start an investment in a certain region, we have the mission of making the environment more attractive through quality of our projects, which then tends to promote appreciation to the neighborhood.
We have projects underway in several regions of Florida, always tending especially to those neighborhoods that demand revitalization. And with that, we also fulfill a social function, which is to rescue the shine of the neighborhood and bring value to local properties. That’s how everyone can win!

Raise Investor specializes in new construction investments.
With a diversified investment portfolio, we seek balance in the portfolio of our real estate assets under construction, and have affordable homes starting at 200 thousand to medium and high standard homes above 1 million
In 2022 we started different multi-family and single family projects with investments to build more than 50 units to date.
OUR FOUNDER
Leandro Sobrinho, founder, CEO and investor, has an academic background in law, complementing it with courses in management and business. His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 22, still in his last year of college, in the restaurant and entertainment business. He also seeked to diversify his experiences by going to fashion and franchising business, vocational schools, and managed at the same time within a management center business which led to business management expertise and equity generation. With this base formed, internationalizing business and investments followed a natural flow, which is when Raise Investor with a presence in the United States emerged.
